MasterKey My MasterKey Corporation’s soft launch will focus on the publication of a number of niche websites covering a wide range of topics.

These websites will also promote the MasterKey Club. Membership of the club will, initially, be FREE and subscribers can use our unique affiliate programme to earn extra cash.

Anyone interested in having their own niche website, with a view to turning a hobby or interest into profit, will be able to subscribe to our ‘My Niche Website’ service. More on this later.

At the same time the MasterKey Directory will offer FREE advertising to all businesses, wherever they are in the world.

The MasterKey ’empire’  will be huge, so watch this space for further announcements.

I have created a new section on the website entitled Self-Build Guides. Most of my surveying duties nowadays involve project management for people building there own home.

The knowledge and experience of such clients can vary considerably and the guidance note highlights the main areas of focus for a successful build.

In addition there is a project cost sheet which will act as a convenient check-list when considering the various costs associated with building your own home.

Finally, I have provided links to some of the most popular books on the subject which will not only provide design ideas but also practical advice.
